Sales Admininstrator / Sales Assistant 

Takedown is seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to assist our Team Sales Director in the day-to-day operations of our Sales Team. In this role, you will act as the right hand of our Team Sales Director, assisting in the sales process, making calls to potential and current clients, maintaining and updating our CRM database to ensure sales goals are met. Additionally, the sales assistant will act as a support for the entire sales team as a knowledgeable asset should the need arise. 

To ensure success, the right candidate should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. The right candidate will understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met. 

 

Sales Administrator Responsibilities: 

-Receive and process phone calls and emails from current and prospective clients 

-Verify orders, including personal information and payment details 

-Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing client information 

-Maintain and update sales and customer records 

-Compile monthly sales reports 

-Expedite orders through internal liaison 

-Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments 

-Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as required 

 

Sales Administrator Requirements: 

-High School Diploma or GED 

-An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred 

-Previous experience in sales administration or similar role 

-Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills 

-Experience with CRM software is preferred, but not required 

-Knowledge of administrative record-keeping 

-Familiarity with sales reports and sales records 

-Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software 

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
