Position Summary 

Takedown Sportswear is seeking a driven, hands-on Content and Creative Strategist to create and optimize content that fuels growth across e-commerce and digital marketing channels. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Design & Creative Development  

  • Concept, design, and produce on-brand creative assets for email campaigns, paid ads, social media, and web.  

  • Create eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and motion assets optimized for each platform and audience.  

  • Ensure consistency in tone, typography, color, and layout across all touchpoints.  

  • Content Strategy & Production  

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for eCommerce, ads, and social platforms.  

  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and static creatives for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.  

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign concepts aligned with seasonal strategy and brand goals.  

  • Social Media & Brand Storytelling  

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual voice across all social channels.  

  • Ideate and execute content series, social campaigns, and product storytelling moments that drive engagement.  

  • Stay ahead of social trends, emerging design tools, and new formats.  

  • Collaboration & Leadership  

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams — marketing, eCommerce, and brand — to bring creative ideas to life.  

  • Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring brand standards and marketing objectives are met across every piece of content.  

  • Support overall brand growth through strategic, creative execution and consistent delivery.  

  

Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital design, or marketing (DTC or eCommerce experience preferred).  

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design/video tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut).  

  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and design for performance.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
