Position Overview 

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute campaigns across all paid and performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, our Roster Program (affiliate), and Amazon Advertising. This role will also support broader digital and eCommerce initiatives, helping drive traffic, conversions, and customer growth. 

The ideal candidate has a strong eCommerce background, thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and is passionate about combat sports. This is a role for a doer and a thinker — someone who can build and manage campaigns, interpret data, and move projects forward independently. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon, and other relevant platforms. 

  • Oversee Takedown’s Roster Program (Ambassador/Influencer/Affiliate marketing) — including partner recruitment, activation, tracking, and performance optimization. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to drive growth. 

  • Collaborate with creative and eCommerce teams to align campaign assets and messaging with brand goals. 

  • Manage Amazon storefront strategy and advertising to maximize visibility and sales performance. 

  • Partner with eCommerce operations on conversion rate optimization, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. 

  • Develop and maintain a paid media testing roadmap to continually improve ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency. 

  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and performance targets are met. 

Qualifications 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, eCommerce, or performance marketing. 

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising required. 

  • Experience managing or working with affiliate/ambassador programs a strong plus. 

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce analytics, attribution, and funnel performance metrics (GA4, Meta Insights, etc.). 

  • Proficient in project management and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. 

  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

  • Self-starter who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and thrives in a team environment. 

  • Familiarity or passion for combat sports (Wrestling, BJJ, MMA, etc.) is a plus.
